    ONSITE  CONTACT INFORMATION

    The onsite client contact is the person our team lead will touch base with the day prior to the event as well as contact as we arrive to the event venue. This person will also receive a list of tracking numbers and shipments being delivered to the location so it is important this this person has boots on the ground or communicates efficiently with boots on the ground.  

    SHIPPING UPDATES & ADDRESS CONFIRMATION

    Our team will provide you with a shipping  manifest containing a list of all tracking numbers that apply to your event as packages begin to ship.

    REMINDERS

    -We will bring all merchandising decor and supplies EXCEPT for tables and/or full length mirrors. 
    -Per your contract, you/your client are responsible for providing tables and linens reflective of the program needs
    -Our average set up foot print is based around 2-4 standard 6 Foot banquet size tables
    -All branding experiences involving fire must be approved by the event venue and the client is required to confirm for One Experience
    -All branding experiences involving debossing require power
