Founder & Head of Sales, Courtney started her events career planning
​in-store parties for a clothing boutique chain in 2012. With friends in the corporate event planning industry that were interested in fittings as an amenity gift, she was urged to explore the idea. Courtney quickly discovered her passion for corporate events and thrived on the action, travel, and satisfaction displayed by her clients. With a foundation of experience, passion, and relationships, 
One Experience was born. 

Founder & Head of Operations, Sydney started her events career supporting operations for the events department of a clothing boutique chain in 2012 when Courtney joined her team. Together they ventured to Arizona on their first sales trip with a suitcase full of product and an eagerness to succeed. That trip changed the game and in-store parties started to turn into 700+ person corporate events all over the world. With a passion for production and and satisfaction from successful event execution, 
One Experience was born.
